Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of investorinvent.tech and the case intake form on it. They're separate from, and don't replace, the signed service agreement that governs actual work once Invest or Invent LLC ("IOI," "we," "us") takes on your case — that agreement controls if the two ever conflict.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 18, or submitting on behalf of someone else with the standing to do so (there's a field for that in the intake form), and the information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting a case
Filling out the intake form is a request for us to review your situation — it is not an engagement, not a guarantee we'll take the case, and not the start of billing. We review every submission individually and follow up, usually within one business day, with next steps or a written quote. Nothing is filed on your behalf, and no fee is charged, until you've agreed to a scope and price in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
We don't control platforms or publishers, and we don't promise a specific result on this site or in a quote. What we commit to is pursuing every legitimate avenue available and telling you plainly what was filed and what happened — not a guarantee of removal.
Billing
Individual cases are quoted per item after review. Retainer engagements run month-to-month or on fixed terms as described on this site, billed Net 15 via ACH unless your agreement says otherwise. Specific pricing, scope, and payment terms for your engagement live in your signed agreement, not on this page.
Site content and ownership
The design, copy, and branding on this site belong to Invest or Invent LLC. You're welcome to link to it; please don't copy or republish it elsewhere without asking. Information you submit through the intake form remains yours — submitting it gives us permission to use it solely to evaluate and, if you engage us, service your case, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Where a matter involves legal process — a DMCA notice, for example — we handle it as part of our service, but this site itself doesn't substitute for advice from your own attorney.
"As is" website
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for issues arising from your use of the site itself (as opposed to a service you've actually engaged us for, which is governed by that agreement).
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, where Invest or Invent LLC is incorporated.
